A Few of My Favorite Things

My favorite part of the internet is how people from all over the world can share in each other happiness. The internet is full of doom and gloom, but if you look in the right places, you can find an abundance of happiness. This happiness I wish was more prevalent on the internet and/or much easier to find.

So, for my final project, I decided to make a hashtag and an album titled #AFewOfMyFavoriteThingsDGST101. I created a post on my Instagram as well as on my personal Facebook and two other Facebook groups I am apart of. In this post I explained the project and asked people to share a few of their favorite things.

The result was so much more amazing than I had imagined. So many people posted to the album and some even made their own public posts on their own using the hashtag! There are now 4 amazing albums on Facebook as well as several personal posts of others using the hashtag. Instagram was less successful with only one person using the hashtag other than me.

I screenshotted all of my posts and all the submissions, as well as the singular posts using the hashtag and created a video with some fitting music in order to show off everyone’s happiness!
